editorial feature for reader’s digest: 5 ways to relieve psoriasis in winter

Although I’m best known for creating B2B content for healthcare brands, I’ve also been known to dabble in a little editorial writing too. When I first wanted to be writer, way back in the 1990s (yes, I know I don’t look that old!), I always said that one day, I wanted to write for Reader’s Digest. I bought loads of issues, reading them cover to cover. Well, earlier this year this childhood dream came true as I was commissioned to write a piece for them on Psoriasis - a very common skin condition affecting more than 1 million people in the UK. One of the main reasons I felt that I could do a great job with this article was because I too suffer from psoriasis. Not only does this mean I’m passionate about the subject, but I’m also in the unique position where I can understand the concerns of the audience, and write in a way that offers empathy as well as practical advice.
